1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • The return request must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items purchased during final sales or promotions may not be eligible for returns unless defective.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original MORIE shoebox, without damage or markings.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us – Email contact@morie.vn with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  2. Return Authorization – Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) along with return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item – Pack the item securely and send it to the provided return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Inspection & Approval – Once we receive the return, our quality control team will inspect the item. Approved returns will be processed for an exchange or refund.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • If the payment was made via credit/debit card, processing times may vary based on the bank’s policies.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective product).

4. Exchanges

  • We offer free exchanges for a different size or style if the item is available.
  • If the desired item is out of stock, we will provide a store credit or refund as per your preference.
  • Exchanges follow the same return eligibility criteria.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Shoes that show signs of wear, scuff marks, or damaged soles.
  • Items marked as final sale or purchased during special promotions.
  • Customized or personalized shoes.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@morie.vn with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
